Jonathan Cullen - Actor Teacher Coach
ACTING
Since graduating from the Guildhall school in London in 1985, I have performed leading roles with most of the well-known theatres in England, including the National Theatre, RSC, Royal Court, and the West End, as well as with many smaller companies staging new writing and experimental theatre.
I’ve also worked extensively on screens both large and small and in front of a microphone in the recording studio. I feel blessed to have experienced such a variety and depth of work, and even after so many shows - and so many years - I’m still excited at the journey of discovery that any new role entails. |
"Jonathan is a highly intelligent and courageous actor, highly musical, with easy access to heartfelt emotion and an acute and humane reading of any character he is offered.
He is scrupulous in his analysis of the text, profoundly conscientious in his work, and generous with his colleagues.
He is truly a pleasure to work with, and I am more than happy to recommend him as a performer of true quality."
